1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the w788 website, mobile application or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement forms the entire legal basis of the relationship between you and w788.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not register an account. Continued use after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. w788 reserves the right to update these terms at any time — the date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a w788 account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of another person or any corporate entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and keep it current thereafter.
• You must not be an existing w788 account holder — only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of w788 or its affiliated partners.

w788 reserves the right to ask for identity verification at any point. If verification is requested and not completed within a reasonable timeframe, the account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3Account Management

Your w788 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. w788 will never ask for your password through any channel.

You must notify w788 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. w788 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to keep their login details secure.

Each player is permitted one account only. If duplicate accounts are identified, w788 reserves the right to close the additional account(s), void any bets placed from those accounts and withhold associated balances pending review. Players found operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have those bonuses removed and may face permanent account closure.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all information held on their account remains accurate. Name, mobile number and payment method details must match the verified identity of the account holder. Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the name of the w788 account holder.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on w788 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. w788 does not accept deposits from third parties — funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

• Bank transfers and Raast payments follow standard banking processing schedules.
• Withdrawals may be subject to verification checks before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• w788 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on w788 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports — are governed by the event rules displayed alongside each market. In the event of any ambiguity, w788's decision on the settlement of a bet is final.

Bets placed after an event has started may be void unless the market is explicitly offered as a live in-play market. w788 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, data feed failure or manifest error on our part.

For live casino games, the rules of each individual game apply as displayed within the game interface. Disconnections during a live game session are handled in accordance with the game provider's standard policy. w788 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own network or device failure during a live session.

Slot games and other RNG-based casino titles operate on certified random number generation. Payout percentages and volatility information for individual games are available within the game details provided by the game supplier. w788 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6Bonuses & Promotions

VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts. Any attempt to abuse the VIP programme — including coordinated wagering between multiple accounts to meet thresholds — will result in VIP status being revoked and the accounts concerned being reviewed.

8Responsible Gaming

w788 monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for review may have withdrawals held pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation is at w788's sole discretion.

10Suspension & Closure

w788 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated or that account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not associated with any breach or pending investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after a reasonable review period.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting w788 support through live chat. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome. Remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered PKR payment method.

11Limitation of Liability

w788 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, or third-party service disruptions including payment gateway outages.
